The Director of Physician Enterprise is responsible for directing the overall administrative and clinical services for multiple physician practice offices across multiple Northside Hospital campuses. Establishes standards for all physician practice locations and monitors the quality of patient care, operations, and financial performance ensuring compliance to Northside Hospital policies. Responsible for short and long range planning and implementation of the strategic direction for the practice enterprise.  Responsible for the overall operations of all physician practices ensuring operation is in accordance to established standards. Develops budgets, policies and procedures to support the physician practices infrastructure.

REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor's degree in Health, Business Administration, or closely related field required, Masters’ or other Advanced Degree preferred.
2. Minimum of five years administrative experience leading a large medical practice or health system department or health system owned medical group/network of providers, including three years of experience in a healthcare organization.

PREFERRED:

1. Previous supervisory experience required.
