Supervisor Practice Revenue Cycle

Oversees all aspects of the front office revenue cycle from patient eligibility to charge capture to issue resolution for assigned client practices. Responsible for all staff assigned to his or her supervision.  Has strong working knowledge of the revenue cycle and coordinates a wide range of administrative duties involved in the financial stability of patient accounts, charge capture, and charge issue resolution. Able to proactively identify issues and effectively problem solve as issues arise.  Effectively communicates policies, procedures and processes to internal staff as well as administrators, physicians, and other individuals within the client practices they oversee.

1. Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare billing environment
2. Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience
3. Extensive knowledge of billing and reimbursement systems
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
5. Good written and oral communication skills

 PREFERRED:

1. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
2. Experience with Centricity Billing Software and/ or Greenway PM Software
3. Physician Practice Management experience
4. Knowledge of billing operations, government regulations and insurance provisions
