Responsibilities

Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Flow Coordinator oversees the coordination of safe and competent care concerning procedures that are performed in the Electrophysiology Lab, as well as has 24-hour accountability of the operations. Duties include oversight of human, fiscal and material resources and implementation of policies, procedures, standards and regulations. The EP Lab Flow Coordinator provides care to an adult and geriatric patient population. The EP Lab Flow Coordinator is expected to collaborate with the Cardiology Services Leadership to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of care.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

 

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in a health care related field or healthcare administration with RCES or RCIS certification.
  • Minimum of four (4) years recent experience in an Electrophysiology Lab.
  • Previous management/leadership experience.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
