Responsible for training and supervising Practice location's medical assistants. Responsible for acting as a liaison for back office staff, management team and physicians. Responsible for providing clinical support to the physicians. Responsible for performing all duties in accordance with Practice policies and procedures.
REQUIRED:
1. High school or equivalent; additional education may be required for specific clinical areas. 2. A minimum of five years experience in a physician's office. 3. Current CPR Certification
PREFERRED:
1. Certified M.A. preferred but can be substituted by experience. 2. Previous supervisory experience.
