Responsibilities

Sponsorship

  1. The Sponsorship Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and activations. This role provides hands-on experience in event logistics, vendor coordination, promotional strategy, and on-site event support.
  2. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining real-world experience in event marketing.
  3. Assist in the planning and execution of events, including community activations, sponsorships, and internal events
  4. Coordinate event logistics such as venue arrangements, materials, signage, and equipment
  5. Support communication with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
  6. Help manage event timelines, checklists, and project plans
  7. Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and breakdown
  8. Track event metrics and assist with post-event reporting and recaps
  9. Maintain inventory of event materials and promotional items
  10. Tracking sponsorship data in Salesforce and other tracking tools

 

Qualifications

REQUIRED

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

 

PREFERRED

  1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

 

Marketing

  1. Junior or Senior Marketing or Communications majors (or similar/related fields) or recent graduates preferred.
  2. Candidates must have good academic performance.
  3. Excellent written and oral skills.
  4. Ability to solve problems and have strong attention to detail.

 

Graphic Design

  1. Graphic Design majors or recent graduates preferred.
  2. Candidates must have good academic performance.
  3. Excellent written and oral skills.
  4. Ability to solve problems and have strong attention to detail.

 

Sponsorship

  1. Junior or Senior Marketing or Communications majors (or similar/related fields)or recent graduates preferred.
  2. Candidates must have good academic performance.
  3. Excellent written and oral skills.
  4. Ability to work events that are sometimes outside of work hours (e.g., weekends), including at and leading up to the Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race, July 4, 2026.
  5. Ability to solve problems and have strong attention to detail.

 

Productivity Management

  1. Junior or Senior Engineering major.
  2. Candidates must have good academic performance.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  4. Strong mathematical skills and ability to work with formulas in Excel.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Revenue Integrity

  1. Medical and or Coding background (apprentice and or externships accepted or individuals seeking RHIA, RHIT, CPC-A, CPC, CCS, CCS-P, COC)
  2. Understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to solve problems and have strong attention to detail

 

Human Resources

  1. Junior or Senior Business Administration major or related field.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to solve problems and have strong attention to detail.

 

Finance

  1. College Finance, Accounting, Business, Hospital/Health Care or Related major
  2. Candidates must have good academic performance.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  4. Strong mathematical skills and ability to work with formulas in Excel.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Accounting

  1. College Accounting major
  2. Candidates must have good academic performance.
  3. Strong analytical, time management, and communication (verbal/written) skills
  4. Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

 

Bio-Medical Engineering

 

  1. Recent graduate or current student of no more than 6 months from A.S, B.S. or M.S Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging Technology or Mechanical Principles degree program or equivalent DOD Military education.
  2. Must maintain a cumulative GPA of a 3.0 or higher based on a 4.0 scale
  3. Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manner
  4. Change Agent and process oriented
