Responsibilities

Supervising and collaborating the new hire onboarding process with HR team to ensure the process is executed efficiently and effectively with focus on customer service and retention. Through process re-engineering and deployment of technology solutions, additional transactional processes will be identified for standardization, automation, and transition.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

 

1. Associate’s level degree and a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with a wide range of customer service.

2. Advanced level of computer skills with ability to use advanced features of various software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Agility, Google doc and electronic mail/calendaring systems.

3. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 

 

PREFERRED

 

1. Prior work experience in healthcare environment and/or call center, service center environment preferred.

2. Familiarity with process improvement theories, concepts, and methodology.

3. Formal program and/or project management skills.

4. Experience with applicable shared services technologies: self-service, case management, request ticket system, etc. Ability to work effectively on both PC and Mac platforms.
