Coordinates project management activities for all physician practice management engagements including employed physicians and Physician Service Agreements

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

1. B.S. Degree in Accounting, Business, Health Care or related field.
2. Previous physician practice management or healthcare related experience.
3. Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
4. Expert knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

1. PMP Certification
2. 5 years prior experience in project management preferred.
3. Evidence of the ability to work well with others, a team player,
4. Ability to organize and implement various programs
