Followed by the direction of Visitor Management, Manager, coordinates the daily functional tasks of the campus Visitor Management program. Recommends and implements changes that increases productivity as needed.  

1. Ability to follow oral instructions.
2. Ability to work without close supervision.
3. Ability to operate necessary equipment / machines.
4. Two years of college – Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field
5. Three years in a healthcare or customer service related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
6. Ability to use a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

PREFERRED:

1. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
2. Ability to present information clearly to a wide variety of audiences.
