KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
2. Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the Georgia State Board of Occupational Therapy.
3. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

1. Previous patient care experience.

REQUIRED:
1. B. S. Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy. 2. Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the Georgia State Board of Occupational Therapy 3. Must be certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for all age groups.
PREFERRED:
1. Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and other government regulations.
