Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Provide technical support for the hospital’s web environments to ensure performance, availability, and security.
  2. Responsible for general management of the development and production web servers.
  3. Responsible for development and support of hospital’s ITSM environment.
  4. Responsible for development and support of hospital’s CRM environment.
  5. Responsible for development and support of hospital’s reporting and analytic environments.
  6. Maintain an issues work list and conduct regular and thorough follow-up with interested parties.
  7. Provide primary support and maintenance for core systems as determined by the Application Services Coordinator or Manager.
  8. Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Immediately reports and mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or employee/patient/visitor injury-accident to the director.

Qualifications

Required:

  1. B.S. degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
  2. Two (2) years web application development experience
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  1. Five (5) plus years information systems experience
  2. Webmaster certification
  3. Experience with ServiceNow and/or SalesForce development
  4. Experience with SSRS and/or PowerBI
  5. Experience in project management

Work Hours:

7am - 4pm
