Responsibilities

Leads our client’s marketing efforts by utilizing deep experience in traditional and digital marketing as well as successfully managing a diverse, 4-person team of marketing specialists.  Responsible for guiding programs that drive short- and long-term goals for Northside Hospital, Northside Physician Practices and other associated Northside network business units. Works with a diverse team of communications, public relations, and digital architects to tell the Northside story to patients, their families, and the North Georgia community.

Focuses on programs and projects that meet and exceed the consumption expectations of today’s consumer. Proficiencies in services that span multiple channels including SEM, SEO, Display, Social, Communications Planning, Creative Production, and Business Intelligence are central to this role. This position also collaborates with Northside stakeholders whose business success requires effective integrated marketing tactics to attract patients, support Physician Practices, and communicate with internal colleagues.

Qualifications

  • B.A. degree in marketing or related field, or a minimum of Six (6) years’ experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Must have advanced knowledge and skills in using the following desktop programs:
  • Web CMS software, Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point, Axiom
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Digital marketing tools i.e. Google Analytics
