The Billing & Audit Coordinator will oversee all aspects of insurance and government billing in additional to government follow-up, and accounts receivables reimbursement and contractual review for all three facilities. The position will initially oversee 2 supervisors, 3 leads and, indirectly, a number of billing, auditors, collectors and reimbursement staff.
REQUIRED:
1. Associate's degree in related field or minimum 10 years accounts receivable management experience required in a healthcare environment.
2. Extensive knowledge of a billing and Audit functions
3. High school diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. FDCPA background
3. Experience with HBOC STAR, SSI Billing System and PCON
