Anesthesia Technologist - Inpatient (Cherokee)

Supports the anesthesia department by the preparation and set up of appropriate equipment and supplies for each anesthetizing location, routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, maintaining a clean environment and maintaining supply levels. Performs various technical duties involved in handling and delivering pharmaceuticals under the supervision of a pharmacist.  

REQUIRED

1. One or more years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician.
2. Must hold American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
3. Registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia
4. Visual color acuity screening depending on the role in specific units.

PREFERRED

5. Additional clinical specialty certifications in specific units including Registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia, Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.ATT), etc.)
