Responsibilities

Analyzes all aspects of physician practice staffing and operations for optimal staffing plans and operational improvement opportunities. Collects and analyzes data for practice volume, staffing matrices, and productivity performance reporting and monitoring. Analyzes staffing requests and recommends staffing solutions. Generates standard and ad hoc reporting on physician practice monitoring. Communicates with leaders on the results of analyses with diplomacy and tact.

Qualifications

REQUIRED
1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Management, Health Systems Engineering, Health Care Administration, Organizational Development, a health profession, or other related field.
2. One (1) to three (3) years of experience in healthcare financial analysis, healthcare management engineering, healthcare consulting, or healthcare supervision.
3. Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

PREFERRED
1. Working knowledge of other microcomputer applications including: Database applications, HRMS, and other financial systems.
2. Experience in Physician Practice management.
