Responsibilities

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY

 

Oversees digital initiatives that advance Northside’s online presence and patient engagement across Northside.com and the Northside mobile app. This role will lead efforts to enhance digital performance, drive user conversions, and deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience that aligns with the health system’s brand, mission, and growth objectives.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead Web & Mobile Content Administration: Manage ongoing updates, governance, and optimization of content for Northside.com and the Northside mobile app to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational priorities.
  2. Oversee Digital Campaigns: Manage marketing campaigns that drive traffic and engagement to Northside’s digital platforms, in collaboration with marketing, service line, and physician practice teams.
  3. Drive SEO/SEM/GO Performance: Lead search engine optimization (SEO), app optimization (AO), and Google Optimization (GO) strategies to maximize qualified digital traffic and improve discoverability.
  4. Lead Web Analytics & Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on web and campaign performance metrics using analytics tools to inform marketing strategy, enhance engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  5. Optimize Digital Conversions: Develop and implement strategies to improve conversions and digital interactions across hospitals, service lines, and physician groups.
  6. Manage Digital Customer Experience: Oversee the overall user experience for both the website and mobile app, ensuring an intuitive, accessible, and seamless journey for patients and visitors.
  7. Coordinate Cross-Functional Content Collaboration: Partner with internal content contributors, physician practices, and third-party vendors to maintain and evolve digital content that enhances user experience and supports organizational goals.
  8. Manage Web Experimentation & Personalization: Oversee experimentation, A/B testing, and personalization initiatives to continuously refine and optimize the digital experience.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of digital marketing experience required; healthcare or hospital experience preferred but not required.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED 

  1. Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  2. Demonstrated experience in digital marketing strategy, content management, analytics, and campaign execution.
  3. Hands-on experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs), including content management, personalization, and web experimentation tools.
  4. Experience with Optimizely preferred.
  5. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or HubSpot preferred.
  6. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
